What to Expect From A Session With Me

Each 90-minute hypnosis session is completely unique and guided by your needs in the moment.

We begin by grounding together. You don’t need to come with a perfectly formed intention. We can gently shape that together based on what’s coming up in your life, body or creative work.

Once we’re clear on what you want to explore or shift, I’ll guide you into a calm, relaxed state where your conscious mind can soften and your subconscious can come forward.

From there, we go inward. With safety, with presence, with permission.

You may:

  • Revisit early memories where limiting beliefs or fears first began

  • Meet and integrate parts of yourself that feel stuck or silenced

  • Connect with past lives or interlife spaces for healing and insight

  • Receive guidance from your higher self or soul team

  • Uncover subconscious patterns affecting your creativity, confidence or expression

Throughout the session, you’re in full control. You’ll remember everything. And we only go as deep as your nervous system allows. This isn’t about force, it’s about trust.

Types of hypnosis I offer…

  • Standard regression  – gently uncover the origins of blocks, fears or self-doubt in this life
  • Past-life regression – access other lifetimes that may hold insight, emotion or trauma still impacting you
  • Inter-life regression – explore the space between lives for spiritual insight, soul purpose and clarity
  • Quantum hypnosis – expand into multi-dimensional aspects of self and receive deep intuitive downloads
  • Creative hypnosis – reconnect with your authentic voice and remove subconscious resistance to expression

All sessions are deeply intuitive and tailored. You do not need to decide the method, we let your spirit guide what’s needed.

    What exactly is trauma-informed coaching for writers?

    Trauma-informed coaching means we gently explore how past experiences might be affecting your voice, confidence or creative process. It’s a safe, supportive space where your healing and your writing are both held with care.

    I’ve tried therapy. How is this different?

    Therapy often looks at your past to help you understand it. My work blends emotional healing with intuitive and creative tools that also focus on how you want to move forward. It is a space for both inner processing and real-world shifts.

    Do I have to be a writer to work with you?

    Not at all. You do not need to have published anything or even call yourself a writer. If you feel the pull to express yourself and something keeps getting in the way, you are in the right place.

    What if I don’t know exactly what’s blocking me?

    That’s completely okay. You do not have to come in with all the answers. Part of our work is uncovering what has been buried or tangled. Together, we gently untangle it at a pace that feels safe for you.

    What kinds of tools do you use in your sessions?

    Every session is tailored to you. We might use emotional processing, energy healing, EFT tapping, hypnotherapy or mindset work. All of it is grounded in compassion and consent, so you will always have a say in what feels supportive.

    Will we talk about writing in every session?

    Sometimes we will, and sometimes we will focus more on what is happening underneath. Your voice lives inside your whole self, not just your words. When you feel safer in your body and emotions, your writing flows more freely.
