What to Expect From A Session With Me
No pressure to perform.
No need to show up with the “right” words.
Just you — as you are, in this moment.
Every session begins with a check-in. We feel into where you are emotionally, energetically, spiritually. From there, I intuitively shape the space around what you need most that day.
That might look like:

What exactly is trauma-informed coaching for writers?
Trauma-informed coaching means we gently explore how past experiences might be affecting your voice, confidence or creative process. It’s a safe, supportive space where your healing and your writing are both held with care.
I’ve tried therapy. How is this different?
Therapy often looks at your past to help you understand it. My work blends emotional healing with intuitive and creative tools that also focus on how you want to move forward. It is a space for both inner processing and real-world shifts.
Do I have to be a writer to work with you?
Not at all. You do not need to have published anything or even call yourself a writer. If you feel the pull to express yourself and something keeps getting in the way, you are in the right place.
What if I don’t know exactly what’s blocking me?
That’s completely okay. You do not have to come in with all the answers. Part of our work is uncovering what has been buried or tangled. Together, we gently untangle it at a pace that feels safe for you.
What kinds of tools do you use in your sessions?
Every session is tailored to you. We might use emotional processing, energy healing, EFT tapping, hypnotherapy or mindset work. All of it is grounded in compassion and consent, so you will always have a say in what feels supportive.
Will we talk about writing in every session?
Sometimes we will, and sometimes we will focus more on what is happening underneath. Your voice lives inside your whole self, not just your words. When you feel safer in your body and emotions, your writing flows more freely.
