At The Aligned Muse, I take your privacy seriously. I only collect the information I need to provide services such as Soul Realignment®, intuitive coaching, and related support. I’ll never sell your data or misuse it.

I use trusted third-party services like Brevo, Stripe, and TidyCal to help with bookings, payments, and communication. Your information is stored securely either in Brevo or, where necessary, in paper form that is kept safe and shredded after seven years.

For children’s sessions, I only collect information with the full consent of a parent or guardian. Parents remain in charge of their child’s data and can ask for it to be updated or deleted at any time.

You have full rights under UK GDPR, which means you are always in control of your data. You can ask me to access, correct, or delete the information I hold about you at any time.

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy is for The Aligned Muse, trading name of Haley Ryan Coaching LLP.

2. Information we collect

We may collect and process the following information:

Contact details: first name, last name, and email address.
Soul Check information: full name at birth, current name, date of birth, place of birth.
Children’s data: the above Soul Check information for children, collected only with explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Payment details: processed securely by Stripe. I do not store payment card information.
Booking details: through TidyCal.
Email sign-up and communication data: through Brevo.
Analytics data: via Google Analytics and cookies.

3. How we use your information

I use your personal information to:

Deliver Soul Realignment® and coaching services.
Manage bookings and process payments.
Communicate about sessions, updates, or resources.
Maintain business records as required by law.
Analyse website traffic and improve performance.

4. Legal basis for processing

Under UK GDPR, the lawful bases for processing your data are:

Consent – for marketing emails and for collecting Soul Check information (including children’s data).
Contract – to deliver services you purchase.

Data is stored securely in Brevo and, where necessary, in paper form.
Paper records are kept securely and shredded after seven years.
Digital records are deleted when no longer required.

Your data is only shared with trusted third-party providers who help me run the business:

Brevo (CRM and email provider)
Stripe (payment processor)
TidyCal (booking system)
Zoom (video sessions)
Google Analytics (website analytics)

I do not sell or rent your data to any third party.

This site uses cookies for Google Analytics. You will be asked for consent when you first visit the site. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings.

8. Children’s data

My services are primarily for adults, but I may carry out Soul Realignment® sessions for children when a parent or guardian requests it. In these cases:

I collect only the information needed for the service.
I require explicit parental consent before processing any child’s data.
Parents or guardians may request access, correction, or deletion of their child’s data at any time.
Children’s data is stored and retained in the same secure way as adult data (see section 5).
